Palo, Palo, Palo!

By now you know that Angie and I love to eat.  Food on a Disney cruise is pretty great.  I love my rotational dining and won't pass it up for much.  So a Champagne Brunch at Palo had me intrigued.  Palo is one of the "premium" adult-only restaurants aboard each Disney cruise.  At $30 a person, it's well worth its price tag.  You get an amazing buffet, a glass of champagne, plus ala carte entree options.

Yes, I said buffet, and I know that may not sound amazing but this isn't your average buffet.  With high-quality freshly prepared seafood, it's a surprise to see such great options on a buffet line.  The sheer number of fresh pastries and high quality cheeses elevate this beyond a simple buffet.

I've had some of my favorite cheeses at Palo.  And these are definitely not you're mass produced pastries on this buffet.  You can easily fill yourself up with items on the buffet before you even have a chance to check out the menu.
You have to circle back for their variety of decadent deserts.  It really becomes hard to pick and choose what you can fit in your stomach.
The menu has some pretty great options too.  The breakfast choices aren't very ambitious but still very tasty.  The Italian inspired portions though are where this menu really begins to shine.

The calzone and flatbread were all yummy sounding but the pasta options really hit home.  The Rollatini Melanzane was divine.  I like a good eggplant but then stuff it with prosciutto and smoked mozzarella and I'm in heaven.  There's even a steak on there for my more carnivorous friends.  There is something for everyone at Palo, you just have to find room in your stomach.

With it's beautiful Italian inspired decor and warm inviting tones, Palo sets a very relaxing brunch location.  Located at the aft (back) of the ship, the views are always spectacular from every table setting.  Brunch is only offered on "At-Sea" days, so you'll get a clear view of the ocean horizon while you eat.
Palo is just another way to make your cruise experience AMAZING!  These brunches book up fast, so make sure to grab one as soon as your booking window is available.  Disney Cruise Line knows how to take care of their guests and Palo is just another Fantastic place to eat.
