It's a truly beautiful ship loaded with lots of Aladdin details! Angie always knows how to find the best rooms, we had a verandah on a bump out, so it was just a bit bigger than your standard verandah. We had a very cute Finding Nemo themed room. The various lounges are all pretty great. There's the Scat Cat Lounge, the Skipper Society, the Periscope Pub, and the AMAZING Haunted Mansion Parlor. The Skipper Society is a great Jungle Cruise themed lounge with some adventurous drinks The Periscope Pub is the Treasure's Sports Bar. Best place to go if you are needing to watch the latest in sports games/matches. The ceiling is a large screen that makes it look like you can see the shadows of fish swimming overhead. The Scat Cat Lounge was the only Lounge that was listed as 18+ the whole day. Really cute Aristocats theming. We had out Chocolate and Liquor Tasting in this one.
Even then depending on where you are sitting you may not see everything. Make sure you've got a good view of the mirror behind the bar! Lots of great effects. Make sure to collect your death certifcate.
Mickey's Festival of Foods is the quick service area located near the pools. You'll find lots of classics from Tacos, Pizza, and Burgers, as well as the unlimited soft serve ice cream. Open most of the day, it's the best place to grab food in between other plans. It wouldn't be a Disney cruise without their spectacular rotational dining. Just like on the Wish we have the Worlds of Marvel Dining Experience and 1923 but instead of Frozen we have Coco as our amazing dinner show experience.
just talk and enjoy the food. You could watch the performance without having it overwhelm the dining experience. With our 7 day cruise we had 2 great experiences at Plaza De Coco with a different menu each night as well as a different show.
There are, of course, a few dining options that aren't included in your cruise. The ship does boast an adorable Zootopia themed ice cream parlor, Jumbeaux's Sweets. The Treasure also has it's two Signature restaurant locations, Enchante and Palo Steakhouse. We didn't splurge for Enchante this voyage but we did hit Palo for dinner once as well as for a brunch on our sea day. Some of the best food I've ever had. Angie had to splurge and order the Japanese A5 Wagyu, because yum! There is plenty more to do on a Disney cruise than just eat and drink, contrary to all my talk about food. There are some absolutely fabulous Broadway level performances in the main theater. The Moana production was absolutely next level. Just incredible! We're not allowed to take photos or videos otherwise I'd definitely have some here for you. Of course you could always spend time by the pool! Rather than have 1 or 2 larger pools Disney decided to make multiple smaller pools spread out about the top deck. With most of them still having a great view of the Funnel Vision movies. The adults get their own Infinity Pool located on the back of the ship. While this is a really cool location, it gets crowded very quickly. We took advantage of a port day to stay on the ship and enjoy. Our lil Sofia was still to young to enjoy the pools. Disney is pretty strict about those swim diapers! So we had a lot of fun taking her to the Toy Story SplashZone. Disney Cruise ships don't have casinos. You can still find one or two games of Bingo each day of your cruise though. Disney does have a few movie theaters on board showing the latest releases from Disney, PIXAR, Star Wars, and Marvel! We got to watch Hoppers on this trip!
You could always go on your own adventure hunting digital ghosts hidden across the ship. The Haunted Mansion Happy Hunt takes you around the ship and interacting with various items all over the ship. Magic Band+ required, definitely need to have it charged and software up to date to participate.
Like with all Disney cruises there are lots of chances to meet with characters. Mickey and Friends are scheduled pretty often, as are the princesses. You can also occasionally find Marvel and Star Wars characters doing meet and greets over in the kids club areas. If you're feeling rather energetic, keep an eye out for the Hero Zone times. They breakout this huge inflatable obstacle course. You can race a friends to the end of the Incredi-course! Even though this a family vacation, the kids often want to go off and do their own thing. While Zoey and Niko have aged out of the Oceaneer's Club(age 3-10), they have enjoyed a lot of time in Edge (ages 11-14) and Vibe (14-17). The Oceaneer's Club and Lab have some really awesome Marvel and Star Wars areas that are worth checking out during Open House. Since this was our first cruise with a baby, we took our time enjoying all the baby cuddles on board. Sometimes you need a break to just go off and be adults again, so we did schedule times to drop Sofia off at the It's a Small World Nursery. Our room steward did a great job making sure that our family had everything we needed for our room. The pack-and-play and Diaper Genie definitely made things easier with Sofia.
